[Bug]: Newcomer guide documentation link error

What happened?

Whenever anyone joins slack and talks to welcome-to-chaoss bot, it shows various options to select and after selection it gives a link for newcomers guide and that page is not available there.

To reproduce:

Expected behavior

The link should take to correct documentation link instead of showing this
