Remy and I want to use this Augur metric for our gov metrics, specifically the augur visualization of this metric shown here: https://oss-augur.readthedocs.io/en/main/rest-api/api.html#operation/Days%20to%20First%20Response%20for%20Closed%20Pull%20Requests%20Based%20on%20Merged%20Status
