Correction in README.md

Description The repository clone instruction/command in setup augur-community-reports needs a correction, The current instruction is git clone https://github.com/<your-fork>/augur-community-reports

which needs to be changed to git clone https://github.com/<your-github-username>/augur-community-reports or git clone https://github.com/<your-username>/augur-community-reports

This is probably a very small issue but requires a correction (as also this may misguide newcomers during setup)
