Add support for vertica.com database as a data-source.

Create VerticaDb(BaseDb) connector class implementation using https://pypi.org/project/sqlalchemy-vertica-python/.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Generic ODBC connector.

Additional context

Tested locally, PR will be submitted soon.
