Issue:

1. SR reads 'selected, label, radio button selected' which is redundant

2. No focus control indicator

3. When the caption is active, the SR reads the label twice

Solution:

1. Remove 'selected' from the beginning to reduce redundancy

2. Add focus control indicator to component

3. When caption is active, the SR should only read the label at the beginning. (label, caption, selected, radio button, 1 of 1)
