Component Requirements: Add support for custom icon for unordered lists (instead of the default bullet points)

Component Needed By: Not blocking any work, but priority is on the lower side

Picture of desired outcome attached below (notice the <Icon sdsSize="xs" sdsIcon="check"/> ). I’m aware we can make the list manually, but wondering what the team’s thoughts are on supporting custom icons for the lists!
