Design: Amend existing component: Tag

Two of our Tag variants do not currently pass APCA accessibility and need to be reworked to ensure that they do.

Colors can be checked using this tool. They need to have a minimum of 3.0 to 1 ratio to be considered accessible by WCAG.

The Tag variants in question are:

• Success primary (current score: 2.6 to 1)
• Warning primary (current score: 2.0 to 1)
