ola, alguem poderia me dar uma ajuda ja tentei muitas coisas, mas sempre que dou o comando do "composer install" ele começa a da esse erro, e o "composer update" tambem

Without knowing all steps taken it's hard to give a definitive solution. Do you did really a fresh start from nothing? Try start over following all instructions given at README.md.
