Unit test is broken. Shows "Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted"

Describe the bug

I got the message during tests run We should de-allocate memory after a test passed I will work on this issue once I have free time

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to project root
2. Run php artisan test

Expected behavior All tests passed
