Composer Install command not working

I am stuck on the composer intallation part.. The command composer intall isn't working for me.. image

You have to install PHP Composer first in Windows before running this command.

This says that you don't have composer on your system, please install composer through this link: getcomposer.org and try again, it is very easy!
