upgrade to laravel 6 (LTS) or 7.x

laravel 5.5 (LTS) is too old.. and there are not anymore bug fixing support.. when will this app upgrade to 6.0(LTS) or 7.x ?

@isundaniyal I have a plan to continue Laravel upgrade for this software. Laravel 5.5 lts support will end in August 30, 2020. In order to upgrade to a latest laravel version we need to upgrade carefully because there are some major changes in these versions.

I am a bit busy and I hope I can work on this issue soon.

It would be great if others make PR for this.
