Add capability to export page as a PDF

When you want to include some element in a presentation or share information with people with no access to the tool it's hard to take screen shot since the page is too huge for a normal screen. The print function is not working too since there is some frames.

So a button to export the full page as a PDF can be nice.

I was thinking about a similar feature some weeks ago and I guess exposing an endpoint capable of:

• From an author ID returns a PDF report tailored to authors related/relevant metrics
• From a repository ID returns a PDF report tailored to repository related/relevant metrics could make sense.

That would be perfect for my usecase.
