:memo: add docs regarding deployment

As a user, I would like to know how the components are organized, and how to configure each one to my use case.

This is related to some cards that are linked in a comment

I (@georgettica) need some help in that department / working together to hone this skill

Acceptable Criteria:

• [ ] add a DEPLOY.md to handle deployment of the tool (we can split there into docker-compose and k8s)
• [ ] link to home README.md
• [ ] add picture from a different card #690
• [ ] gate changing the DEPLOY.md in the PR creation?
• [ ] add explanation to each component: (COPY ME FOR EACH COMPONENT)
  • [ ] env vars
  • [ ] files
  • [ ] dependencies
