Add support for default query per workspace

Through its configuration, a workspace could define a default query, e.g. not bot-accounts to be used as a starting query.

• [ ] Add default_filter to the workspace configuration schema
• [ ] Add the value to the GetWorkspaceResponse
• [ ] Update the web interface to initialize the store with the value
