Refactor the legacy github and gerrit crawler using lentille

The goal is to use the new entity system and fully migrate to the new API.

  • [x] Make the existing crawler use the new api /crawler/add
  • [x] Migrate gerrit crawler.
  • [ ] Migrate github crawler.
  • [ ] Remove the legacy crawler configuration.
