Add Partial Face Mask Detection

It is imperative that masks that are not covering the nose are also detected. A study[1] has shown that the virus predominantly spreads through the nose. In light of this study, if this application were to perform better in preventing the spread of the virus in places, it must be trained to detect if a person's nose is covered. (Provided the embedded camera (in production) is good enough)
