Import remade cannon worker

Seems to me that the cannon.js branch of this project is left out. After all, it will be remade using the GoblinPhysics engine with intergrated collision listening. However, I have rewritten the worker entirely from scratch and added support to trimeshes, yet it is far from complete (still no joint support).

Wellllll, the last merge from @chandlerprall was ~2 years ago and you made this PR over a year ago, so I'm gonna say no :(

Yeah, that sucks. Just would've hoped this branch could've been saved before complete inactivity.

I hear ya. Maybe one day it'll be revived, but it looks like Chandler's busy being a lead developer elsewhere so I don't necessarily blame him for putting this project on the backburner.

He seems to be pretty active on Twitter. Perhaps you could try reaching out to him there?
