When captcha is not necessary

Occasionally when I use 4chan on desktop browser, I notice it sometimes say that it is not necessary to solve the captcha now despite not being a pass user. Can such instance be detected and have the captcha skipped in clover?

The 4chan desktop has a small time window where the same captcha can be reused. This can be implemented.
