vichan doesn't have a proper way to know what boards a site have, and what settings they have.

there are several options, like scraping the html for the board names/codes, or adding boards.json somehow. I think it's best to first standardize what we're looking for, and then request sites to add it.

This was added (the boards are hardcoded for now), but it still has problems replying because of the the vichan antispam feature.
