Next page doesn't work in listing users or courses after sorting one column

Describe In Administration menu showing users or courses you can go from on page to another unless you've sort one of the columns.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to administration menu
2. List users or courses
3. Move to next page
4. Sort one of the column
5. Try to move to next page

Expected behavior As it was before, go to the previous or the next page after sorting.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Tried different browsers

**Server

• OS: Linux Debian 12
• Version of Chamilo: 1.11.32
• Version of PHP: 7.4

Additional context On the same server I have also a Chamilo version 1.11.26 running and changing page after sorting works well.

In version 1.11.26 the link for next page was

.../main/admin/user_list.php?users_direction=DESC&users_per_page=20&users_column=10&sec_token=c6f3a90bd07ee1b373d960614c9c3592&users_page_nr=2

For version 1.11.32 the link is

.../main/admin/user_list.php?users_direction=DESC&users_page_nr=2

If I manually change the page number in the main URL bar it works but if I use the buttons it doesn't. I think that there is a problem with the new sanitize URL function.

When I use the buttons,

All the '&option=xyz' options characters become '&option=xyz'
