C2 : On the LP edition page you should not be able to move item on the right handside

On Chamilo Master of 20240405 when editing a LP the list of item on the right handside can be moved around in the right column. It should not be possible. The items should stay at the same place on the right handside. It should only be possible to grab them from the right hand side and move them to the left handside in the LP tree.

When you recharge the page the items are going back to its original place so it's not an urgent problem.
