Yo veo que esta funcionando en chamilo 2, al hacer clic en el botón "Preview", al crear o editar un anuncio, lista los usuarios que recibirán ese anuncio.

I believe what Alex wanted to say is that the preview button should show how the announcement would look like in an e-mail client. This is a nice feature request, but for after Chamilo 2.0. Changing priorities now...
