As a user I will be happy to have several GitLab instances in gitlab teams

For now the app just allows the user to be connected to a single GitLab instance. One nice feature will be to support N instances and to be able to switch instance on a single click.

This will even change the base URL right? For ex:- https://gitlab-teams.netlify.com/#/instance/instance_name
