[FEATURE] Filter Shared Teams in Laplace based on the maximum NP level of any Servant in the team

Please implement the ability to filter Shared Teams in Laplace based on the maximum NP level of any Servant in the team. E.g. choosing =< NP1 will only display Shared Teams that don't include any Servant with an NP level of 2 or more. I'm aware that it's possible to filter like this, but only with one selected Servant at a time. I would appreciate the ability to do so whilst having all Servants selected and not just one.
