I can't install with npm command

1. The correct command is npm install icu-wordsplit
2. What OS, OS distribution, CPU architecture, G++ version are you using?
3. Do you have installed the ICU development package for your OS/distribution (for example -apt-get install libicu-devel for Debian, Ubuntu, etc)?

I have installed icu:
