Describe the bug

When trying to use @chakra-ui/nuxt-next with Nuxt 3.12.3, I encounter the following error after adding @chakra-ui/nuxt-next to the modules in my nuxt.config.ts ERROR Error while requiring module [object Object]: Error [ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED]: Package subpath './module' is not defined by "exports"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install @chakra-ui/nuxt-next in a Nuxt 3 project using npm install @chakra-ui/nuxt-next.
2. Add @chakra-ui/nuxt-next to the modules section of nuxt.config.ts or nuxt.config.js.
3. Run npm run dev.
4. See the error in the console.

Expected behavior

The Nuxt project should start without any errors.
