Update README.md since Microsoft ended support for CC
SInce Microsoft has ended support for CC a while ago i think we should update README.md to remove the notice about support from Microsoft or update it. I want to fix this and If you may trust me in doing this, may i ask you a question - Do you still accept security issues for 1.11 release?
I personally think it is reasonable. Since @rhuanjl is the mastermind behind that note in readme, I'd be interested to hear what he thinks about it. BTW, if your are interested in helping with documentation or release notes, there might be more opportunities.

Good question, every release reaches "use at your own peril" at some point, but I am not sure that moment has come for 1.11 yet.

As far as I understand all microsoft support has ended, I would consider 1.11 an MS product that has reached end of life - I think it's worth saying something about that.
We will hopefully soon (for relative values of soon...) release a v1.12, I couldn't imagine us releasing any kind of patch for 1.11 anymore - it was MS's release.
