Failure while downloading zlib-1.2.11

During makepkg -si I get the following:

When I load that URL in my web browser I also see that it is not found.

The latest version seems to be https://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.13.tar.gz

same issue. https://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.11.tar.gz does still exist at this URL but I get the same curl error.

Alex, did you get this solved and how ?
