Coloured coin GUI test

The setup for this test contains a token issue transaction in a confirmed block as it is not possible to issue token using the GUI now. The test verifies the following:

  1. Coloured coin balance in overview page
  2. Sending colored coin
  3. Fee bump
  4. Receive Coloured coin
