-e参数存在bug

当使用-e参数时，工具会识别字典的.%EXT% 跳过其他行 存在两个问题 1.跳过其他行字典 ，不能跑全 2.跳过时，工具会访问根目录，会发送大量请求对/ 的请求

确实是bug， 而且是两个bug。 将会尽快修复
