1、添加 --exclude 功能

支持用户排除已经扫描过的 url 允许 dump.json | url.txt 两种格式

引申 是否不排除目录URL 排除目录URL 可能会影响到递归扫描功能？

引申 --black? 防止访问delete reboot?
