Allow material's outputs configuration.

Contract-less materials have a configuration of output: true by default while being attested. This configuration was controlled by the contract with a field with the same signature the issue is that since those materials are not part of a contract are hardcoded.

The goal of the task would be:

• Research a way of allowing a configuration to be passed to the CLI to set the output of the material.
