Update: This also fails with the same error by upgrading the chart to v3 and trying to install the operator in v3 mode only
As a work around to the above, we've added the following permissions (it looks like the code tries to create the bucket in all cases and then introspects the error...

Pretty sure this is fixed by getting rid of the `.finally(next)` statements
@lbliii Thanks for retooling these docs! I'd like your opinion on how we should best handle the complexity of dealing with our myriad of install options without overwhelming the user.
So this may not be an issue for `SELECTS`, it IS an issue for `INSERTS` in Postgres. I believe the same code is used in `.raw` which should correctly handle...
