Please create tags or images for all supported Python versions (3.8 through 3.12 inclusive at the the time of this writing). This can be done with tags or with specific images.

Add some justification for why this specific image and versions are important.

I would like a version of the Python image that is locked to the latest patch release of a specific minor version of Python. Python libraries frequently break between minor versions. I know for a fact that many of my images will break if I switch from Python 3.11 to Python 3.12. I need to control when that upgrade happens. As it is now, Chainguard can change cgr.dev/chainguard/python:latest to be Python 3.12 instead of Python 3.11 at any point. That will break all of my builds and I will have no way to fix them.
