Intro trivy

Type of change

Add introduction to Trivy.

How should this PR be tested?

Trivy has a number of interrelated concepts (targets, scanners, etc.), so I used linking between sections more than usual.

I prefer to use code output instead of screenshots, but Trivy's output doesn't display well on our site (tables with very long lines). I added a long alt text to the one table output screenshot.

Notes

Title feels a little general, but Trivy is used to scan more than images.

Added a blurb on SBOMs that I think will be useful going forward.
