Update chainercv in GCP `chainer-latest-cu92-experimental` image

Currently, in the Google Cloud Platform, in the deeplearning-platform-release project, the chainer-latest-cu92-experimental image has:

chainer - 5.3 chainercv - 0.11

What is the usual time-frame/method for updating those images to the latest version?
