ionic UI gets pushed up by iOS keyboard accessory bar

General Description

When the input needs to be scrolled to accommodate the software keyboard (not displayed but still calculated in the clip) the entire page scrolls up behind the system status bar instead of just the "page"

I think the greater issue is that the keyboard is forced to have the accessory bar (shown at the bottom). Seems like that could be addressed in the xamarin project. https://ionicframework.com/docs/developing/keyboard#hiding-the-accessory-bar
