Describe the bug A few days ago I performed a token swap via the keplr google extension，I have performed many single swap operations，but There are three transactions that have not been completed by swap，Status consistent display ：swap in progress （You can refer to the attached screenshot）。

Additional context kava tokens have been deducted from my wallet，But I haven’t received the CTK tokens yet 。
It seems that the relayer in certik is not operating well. Right now keplr is not tracking the ibc timeout. Check your osmosis account with mintscan, etc. You would have received a refund in CTK to osmosis.
