Renewal suggest chain view

Various issues have been raised these days as chains that have not been natively integrated use Suggest Chain feature with incorrect ChainInfo. To solve this, Keplr team decided that All ChainInfo used on Keplr is separated into a different GitHub repo and verified by Keplr team and Cosmos community members. Also, we allow users to see unverified ChainInfo in detail. This PR is for clarification of Suggest Chain UI.
