Features related to Notional are broken

Since Notional has pulled the plug of their validators, all chains depending on their infra are not working anymore. One example: https://chains.keplr.app/ and try to add 'Migaloo' for exemple

It would be good to assess which chains are still using that, and update to another RPCs
