How to install streeme on nginx web server ?

I haven't had a chance to get Streeme working on Nginx yet. If you manage to get it working, please send me a pull request with your patch - I'd love to see it working on more servers. Probably best to find an nginx config for symfony 1.4 as a boilerplate and experiment from there. Converting the mod_rewrite stuff should be the only real tricky part.
