How do you delete the tile caches?

The doc states, "When you change the zoom opaque and/or zoom transparent
settings, you need to manually delete the tile caches." but it doesn't say
how this should be done.

Ok, I think I figured it out, it's the numbered subfolders within the color 
scheme
folders.  Still, it would be good if this was documented somewhere.
