Outbound Flow Won't Leave a Message

Hi. I installed this plugin the other day and everything seems to work great save for when the flow encounters an answering machine. It just hangs up instead of leaving the recording as a message.

I tried using the AnsweredBy plugin and also without it. Any ideas what might cause this and how to correct it?
