Not Ringing?

Fairly new to Twilio/OpenVBX.

I've setup OpenVBX on my remote web server and setup the correct call flow. I can make phone calls from the browser and receive. So I'm setup correctly there.

On my mobile phone running OpenVBX-Android on Lollipop 5.1, If a call comes in, it does nothing. I can only answer it through the browser on my desktop.

The URL is correct and I logged in. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I can't see where a step would be that I could mess up.
