cvWrap not in my menu Maya 2018.4

I'm just playing with this node, and trying to run it properly. I would like to know how to run the script properly in Maya ( a clear and simply install document would be great!)

At the moment I'm running it manually (pasting the modules "menu" and "bindui" directly in my script editor in the proper order and running it. Other way would be to place the scripts folder into my Maya scripts folder and call the create_menuitems() from the menu module. But I don't know if that's the proper way. Please can you explain how to setup and run the whole script properly? Thanks!

I have the same issue, Maybe Maya 2018.4 cannot add any menu item under "Deform" menu. That's is a bug.
