Upgrading in place under IISnode

Thanks, this saved me some headaches with creating a Ghost blog in Azure. Now that I have it running, how do I take advantage of continued Ghost updates? As I read over the upgrade docs it does not seem like simply replacing the Core directory using FTP will work. I imagine if I could run the CLI this would be easier, but can't do that in the context of a Web app in Azure.
