Yahoo BOSS Geo service API not working due to OAuth issues

I had to disable the tests for now in YahooGeocoderTest due to this issue. Not sure at which point they broke or exactly what the issue is. But either way, Yahoo only responds with a 401 Unauthorized right now.

I tried looking into this. It seems Yahoo! consumer key/secret won't even work until I put in my credit card information. Therefore, I'm just getting a 401 from the web service. No way to debug, test.

Ah, that makes sense. So Yahoo wants some moneys now for their API keys to work.

It looks like the Yahoo! geocoding service does not exist any more. (BOSS was replaced by Placefinder, which doesn't appear to exist).
