Floating dialog windows sometimes persist after they are closed

Hi, Sometimes when a floating dialog window appears (ie close confirmation/save), I can close out of the window, but the frame that EXWM generates remains. Need to restart the x session over to remove it.

Using Doom Emacs, if relevant. Thanks.

Is this something you can reproduce at will? Does it usually happen with Inkscape?

Please enable debug logging (https://github.com/ch11ng/exwm/wiki#how-to-report-a-bug, point 4.) and wait until it happens again. Then press C-c C-d C-m and switch to the *XELB-DEBUG* buffer. Paste here the relevant part before and up to the mark. (Remeber to remove any private information such as window titles or keystrokes.)

I have seen this, too, but with the scratch buffer. My usual approach to fix it is to switch into the frame and close it with M-x delete-frame. For un-responsive applications it can help to make it non-floating via shortcut.
