Version comparison doesn't work in Live review room

While in Playlist, and in Live review room, when you use the Compare side-by-side function, the client is seeing the same version on left and right view.
We used it recently and didn't notice that. We'll have a look thank you!
I don't want to update while in the middle of a project. That's dangerous ;) Anyway in my version client is getting the split screen comparison when I turn it on, but left and right is showing the same version, no matter what I'm setting on my side.
So, I've updated now to the latest versions, and still side by side comparison is not working in Live review room. On my side I turn on the side by side comparison, and choose a version - everything works fine.
On client side: he gets a side by side view; on the menu bar he can see the correct version numer which I have chosen, but the image on left and right views are from latest version. Only if the client manually chooses a version from the drop-down menu, then the correct version will be presented.
Also when I turn on the side by side comparison, an error message shows up on the client side: "Shot missing for current type". This is not showing up on my side.
Ok you mean you always have the latest version. I understand the problem better now. We will see how to fix that.
On my side, when I'm connected to Live review everything is fine. It's just the client that sees only the latest version, unless he manually will choose a correct version from the drop-down menu. But even then that error "Shot missing for current type" is being displayed.
