Handles in playlists not working properly

Hi,

There is a problem with the "markers" which you can use in Playlist view, to set handles, which should be skipped by the player. However when the player jumps from one shot to the next one, in the first moment you see the first frame of the video file, and then the player jumps to the selected "handle frame". So, in case where you have a slate on the first frame, and would like to skip it in the playback, you will see it anyway. You can reproduce this, by setting the handle markers far from the shot begining - let's say frame 100 - and then when you play the playlist you will see the player showing first frame of each shot, and then immediately jumping to frame 100.

Hi Frank, I've recorded a video to show you the problem. Each clip on the playlist has a slate on the first frame. The handles are set to cut off first frame, but still you see the slate each time new shot starts playing. This is Kitsu 0.17.19
